Dear Real Estate Investor, Have you ever wondered why so many real estate investors fail? If you take time to create a system, or better yet leverage your time by investing into a system that has already been created, you will find yourself making more money and having more free time. Five Basic Steps To Success In Real Estate Just like in any other business, there are steps that must be followed to achieve success, and REIOO websites make this process a breeze.

Step 1 - Locate Prospects Every business must find people to buy its products or services or it will be out of business very soon. Real estate business is no exception. We must find buyers/sellers who might be interested in your solution. Sellers Surf the Web for Answers The internet is growing at a great rate, and more people are getting online and turn to the internet for answers. If you don’t have an online presence, you are missing out on potential deals. Don't Try To Buy The House Right Away When someone is getting close to loosing their house, they want to evaluate their options, and they turn to the internet, because they feel safe there. You want to become a resource, and offer some sort of a free report in exchange for their email address. You can then start following up, and ask them if the report was useful. Web Presence Increases Your Credibility Having online presence is becoming more and more essential for success. Not too long ago, you can surprise someone by telling them that you have a website. Now, people are surprised if you don't have one. Having web presence tells the sellers that you are serious about the business, and you are willing to let the world know about it. Step 2 - Prescreen Prospects Not everyone will qualify for our program. We need to focus our energy on people that need to sell, not want to sell. Sort through the leads quickly and focus your energy on the cream of the crop. If you subscribe to the 80/20 rule, you already realize that 20% of your efforts yield 80% of results. With a click of a button in the private area of your REIOO website, you will be able to see which leads require the least amount of money, bring the biggest profit, or have the highest ROR (Rate Of Return). Take The Emotion Out It is important to have a systematic way to analyze the leads, and take the emotion out of the process. Keep Track Of Your Communications Some sellers will prefer to communicate with you over email, others will prefer the phone.
